January Digital is a digital leadership company helping global brands solve business challenges through media, analytics, and strategic consulting. With offices in NYC and Dallas and a reputation for being one of the “best places to work” by AdAge, Forbes and Inc, JD reached out in early 2020 to bring forth deep, structural DEI change to their organization.
When I addressed the whole team yesterday with the wording you all helped me craft… there were heads nodding and tears in eyes on that video. For hours afterwards, I received Slacks and notes from our team members who were most impacted thanking me, and the company for saying something… and for more importantly speaking what we believe out loud.

WHO GIVES A CRAP
WGAC is a values-driven toilet paper company with team members in the US, Australia, and Asia. While already rooted in impact and social change, in 2020, WGAC sought a DEI partner that could help them confront internal realities and show up in a more just way for society and for their company.
